Casey

On Saturday we had to say goodbye to our dog, Casey. She has been in my family for 14 years and was 15 years old. Harry and I became her caregivers after my parents moved into their recent home. It was so hard to let her go, but it was time. She was suffering and we would never want to prolong someone's suffering. She was a good dog and we have been very sad to lose her. The other two dogs have been looking for her a little bit and that can be heartbreaking but every day gets better and in our hearts we know we did the right thing.
