Lots and lots of pictures!!!
The other day, April 1st actually, Harry and I watched the kiddlings for a bit. In exchange Amanda made this fantastic roast with all of the veggies and invited us to eat with them. It was yummy!
We played outside most of the time that day because it was just so gorgeous! The only thing...it was windy. For a girl with curly, long hair that can cause some problems.

Because no matter what you do, you still end up with strands of hair in your face.

Which can be aggravating.
Especially when you are only 4!
And you want to go exploring with your uncle. I love their shadows in this picture. Too cute!
Even our little buddy was feeling the wind. That's what Julia calls Bryce, buddy. She'll say, "Hey, there, buddy (sometimes little buddy)! How are you doing?"
Bryce looking like his Aunt Kim when she goes down steps. If this isn't a dwarf move I don't know what is!?!
Julia wrote Hi on the sidewalk. Good going, sista girl!
This wasn't any regular chalk she wrote with. She wrote it with crumbling rocks from the landscaping. That's hard work, people.
Then Bryce got in on the action and beat Julia at a game of tic tac toe...he might have had some help from his uncle Harry. Maybe, kinda, sorta....
Some of the most important people to me in my life.
Then it was trampoline time!
Bryce decided it was drive by tickle Uncle Harry time. "Ticka, ticka ticka..."
But Uncle Harry got him!
Uh-oh, Bryce! He got you. "Man down, people, man down!"
"Oh, hey! Are those buttons on your shirt?" "Man down?"
However, Bryce was inventive and got away with a sweet little dance move.
Julia jumped the whole time to help her Uncle Harry out. It made it harder for Bryce to get away.
Julia is so carefree on the trampoline. It makes me wish I was four again with hardly a care in the world.
They love to play soccer on the trampoline. It makes the game super fun!
Until their is a collision. When you are the youngest you often end up at the bottom of the pile. Another reason why it rocks to be the oldest. Although, upon examining this picture further this looks less like a collision and more like an ambush...hmmm....
But all is soon forgotten and running and jumping resumes.
Jumping all around Uncle Harry. Be careful, guys!
Both of the kids make me feel so loved...Bryce decided to show me his love in a different kind of way.
"I'm hooked on you!"
After we went inside it was Bryce's nap time. As I was laying him down after he fell asleep I saw something VERY unusual.
Our little Bryce MIGHT be allergic to something outside.
What do YOU think? Unfortunately, we had to wake Bryce up from his nap gently while giving him a bath to wash off whatever we could of what he is allergic to. He was really great about it considering he only got to sleep for about 10 minutes. Poor baby. He loves, loves, loves, loves the outside and is always asking to go out there. So bath time will be mandatory after going outside. All in all, it was a great day and we all had a lot of fun! We love being with them!
