She is excited that her mommy is pregnant with a new baby. She is really, really hoping for a sister but she told our brother, Adam, that Jesus decides whether the boy is a boy or girl. Smart chick!

However, whatever the baby is she will be an amazing big sister and Bryce will be a fantastic big brother!

My friend, Mandie (who is a phenomenal photographer!) recently posted about how her adorable toddlers refuse to look at the camera while she is holding it. She came up with an ingenious idea to fix it. I wanted to show her that I battle with the kids all of the time to just LOOK AT THE CAMERA, PLEASE!!! This is usually what I get.

Or this face. "Seriously, Aunt Kim, how much longer?". The crazy thing is as soon as I set my camera down, they are laughing, giggling and doing the cutest things ever. As soon as I grab it everything changes.
Mine. Yes, we are "skin around our fingernails" pickers. It's a nervous habit I have had for years and years. Apparently our precious Julia has picked it up. Poor sweet'ums. Amanda is forever reminding both of us to stop picking.
This week the kids invented a game they called "Pharmacist/Pharmacy". Julia played the pharmacist and either me or Bryce would pull up in our cars and get our prescriptions. We would ring the door bell, she would open the window, welcome us, give us our prescriptions after we told her our name, gave her our payment and then she would wish us a good day and shut the window. She had the routine DOWN.

Exchanging the "medicine".
Bryce had a couple of "prescriptions".
Then it was time to pay for them.
He also had a few questions for the "pharmacist".
Julia was a great "pharmacist" and took the time to talk to each of us. She was great at it!
Pretty sure Bryce's medicine turned him into a monkey.
Later on that day after some rain we saw this:
Double rainbows! So pretty.
